Refund policy
All of the products we sell are made to order. We don't keep any items in stock. As soon as you order, we get to work making your product. For that reason, we don't offer refunds or exchanges at this time. The only type of returns we'll accept are if the product is damaged or has a defect.
Canceling Orders
All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders. Please note that items may ship from different warehouses separately. Returns
If you need assistance with a damaged item, please email us at hello@lmnugme.com with the subject: Damage/Replacement and include your order number, picture, and name.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sizing
Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions for each item. Since all sizes and figures are different, we include model size information for you to reference.
